{"id":6455,"date":"2015-10-23T12:23:58","date_gmt":"2015-10-23T12:23:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tempoearte-h1st.net\/saudeactual\/?p=6455"},"modified":"2015-10-28T16:11:07","modified_gmt":"2015-10-28T16:11:07","slug":"batido-super-nutritivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saudeactual.pt\/wp\/batido-super-nutritivo\/","title":{"rendered":"Salada de Shiitake com couve e alho"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<p>10 Cogumelos Shiitake cortados em peda\u00e7os<br \/>\n2 Ch\u00e1venas de folhas verdes cortadas (couve portuguesa, acelga)<br \/>\n1 a 2 Alhos picados<br \/>\nAzeite ou \u00d3leo de coco para fritar<br \/>\n1 a 2 Colheres de sobremesa de Shoyu para temperar<br \/>\n1 Colher de ch\u00e1 de Vinagre bals\u00e2mico<br \/>\nPara salada: 2 M\u00e3os cheias de folhas de Espinafre tenro e uma de alface<br \/>\n1 Colher de sopa de Couve roja cortada em peda\u00e7os fininhos<br \/>\n3 Nozes cortadas<br \/>\n1 Colher de sobremesa de cebolinho cortado<\/p>\n<p>Sumo de lima<br \/>\n<strong>PREPARA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><br \/>\nPonha azeite numa frigideira e frite o alho em temperatura baixa para n\u00e3o queimar. Depois adicione as couves e deixe cozinhar alguns minutos.<br \/>\nPara n\u00e3o usar muito azeite, pode usar um pouco de \u00e1gua e tapar a frigideira para aproveitar tamb\u00e9m o vapor para cozinhar as couves. Depois adicione os cogumelos e o shoyu e continue a fritar alguns minutos e depois adicione o vinagre no fim. Arranje o prato com as folhas de espinafre e alface, ponha os cogumelos Shiitake em cima, decore a salada com couve roja, nozes e cebolinho por cima. Esprema um pouco de sumo de lima por cima e est\u00e1 pronta para servir.
